Guild Meeting

We plan to have a guild meeting this week. Sometime between Sunday 9/27 and Saturday 10/3. Reply to this post with a suggested time and we will try to schedule a time that will work best for everyone. The meeting will be to discuss raid times so we can began scheduling raids. Ty

Um so the guild meeting can be around anytime this week its fine for me, just a few heads up notice, I probably won't be on around Oct 3rd and 4th, I have midterms on the 5th. But most days I'm free are on Monday nights, eastern, early Tuesdays, and Thursday nights and free during the rest of the weekend until Sunday because I probably have to get back to work, but any ways when the semester is over ill probably have a new schedule so I'll have to update my free time later around January.

Officers decided we would do this. Guild meeting will be Friday, October 2, at 8:00PM server time. All things discussed during this meeting will be posted on the forums after for those who cannot attend. Ty

Loot: We will be using a DKP system for now. DKP will be used for Tier pieces, Weapons, and Trinkets for 10 man runs and all pieces for 25 man runs.

10dkp per hour in progression raid
10dkp per boss in progression raid
5dkp per hour in farm raid
5dkp per boss in farm raid
VoA rules:
10man VoA clear = 10dkp
10man VoA Koralon = 5dkp
25man VoA clear = 10dkp
25man VoA Koralon = 10dkp



Times: Tuesday: 7:00pm
Friday: 8:30pm
Saturday: 7:30pm
Sunday: 8:00pm

Perhaps the raid times should all be at 8:00

Trying to remember 4 different times may confuse many and just delay the raids. Just my opinion!

I'd like to see a 7pm or 7:30pm server time start. 8pm is definately my latest time and I need to know a day ahead of time. See different post for reasons why. I am usually on in the mornings except when theres a raid that day I log on later in the day.

Sharrae really just outlined the reason for these diff raid times. Its to appeal to all members. Some who can only raid on certain days and others who can only raid at certain times. As far as not remembering who days are what time, I completely understand that. THUS posting it on the forums Dawger, show helm!
